Annual evaluation report of the natural gas transmission system operator

In accordance with the Energy Law section 43.1 part two, the transmission system operator shall prepare a supply and consumption conformity and national natural gas supply safety annual evaluation report. The evaluation report 2017 is elaborated in accordance with the requirements of Cabinet Regulations of the Republic of Latvia No. 482 “Regulations regarding the natural gas transmission system operator annual evaluation report” as of 20 June 2006. Cabinet Regulations prescribe the procedure how the transmission system operator elaborates and presents the evaluation report to the Ministry of Economics and Public Utilities Commission.
