Conexus shareholders' meeting on 28 April

The Single Operator of the Natural Gas Transmission and Storage System Conexus Baltic Grid JSC (hereinafter - Conexus) informs that the General Meeting of Conexus will be held today, 28 April 2022, at 10.00 a.m. at Stigu iela 14, Riga, with online access also available.

The agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting will include the reports of the Conexus Management Board, Supervisory Board and independent auditor, the approval of the 2021 Sustainability and Annual Report and the Dependency Report. At the same time, the meeting will consider the use of Conexus' profits and decide on the issue, offer and admission to trading of Conexus bonds. The election of Supervisory Board members is also scheduled.

This year, in view of the prevalence of Covid-19 and to protect the health of shareholders, Conexus employees and the public at large, all shareholders are invited to participate in writing by completing and submitting a voting form prior to the meeting.
