Regarding the bundled capacity product tariff applicable for storage cycle 2019/2020
Pursuant to Paragraph 3.2 of the resolution part of Resolution No. 47 of the Public Utilities Commission (Regulator) of 26 April 2018 "Regarding the natural gas storage service tariffs of the Joint Stock Company Conexus Baltic Grid"(hereinafter the Resolution), JSC Conexus Baltic Grid (Conexus) has compiled information about the total amount of bundled capacity product reserved for the storage cycle 2019/2020 and revenue from the use of other services of Inčukalns Underground Gas Storage Facility (Inčukalns UGSF) in the storage cycle 2019/2020.
Taking into account the provisions of Paragraph 3.3 of the resolution part of the Resolution and the 13 December 2018 resolution of the Regulator No. 153 "Regarding the procedure of application of the natural gas storage service tariffs of the Joint Stock Company Conexus Baltic Grid for the storage cycle 2019/2020 and the long-term product tariff", the bundled capacity product tariffs for the storage cycle 2019/2020 has reached its lowest value and can no longer change during the particular storage cycle. The Company has established that the tariff applicable to payments for the bundled capacity product in the storage cycle 2019/2020 is 0.00082397 EUR/kWh (excluding VAT), which is less than the maximum value of the bundled capacity product tariff, and is applicable for the entire storage cycle 2019/2020 that began in May 2019.
Conexus informs users of the Inčukalns Underground Gas Storage Facility that, in the light of the above, Conexus is making a recalculation this month to reimburse users of the Inčukalns UGSF for the overpaid amounts resulting from the difference between the maximum and the applicable tariff values for the first three months of the storage cycle 2019/2020.
